Dates: August 8 - August 11, 2019
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.
Format: 72 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties.

Thursday (8/8): 7:10 a.m. off hole #1 only.
Friday (8/9): 7:10 a.m. off hole #1 only.
Saturday (8/10): 7:10 a.m. off hole #1 only.
Sunday (8/11): 7:10 a.m. off hole #1 only.
Walking Only Event: The CGA Amateur Championship is a walking only event. Players may carry their bag or use a caddie. NO PUSH CARTS WILL BE ALLOWED AT LAKEWOOD COUNTRY CLUB.
Spectator Carts: Spectators are welcome to walk the course at a respectful distance during the championship. If you need a spectator cart, you must provide medical documentation to the pro shop.
Caddies: Players may bring their own caddie or use Lakewood's caddie program. To reserve a Lakewood Country Club caddie, please email caddiemaster John Kienast at jkienast@lakewoodcountryclub.net
Driving Range: The driving range will be available at 6:15 a.m. each morning at no additional cost to the player. After each round, the driving range will be closed to all players.
Player Food: Player food will be the responsibility of the player for cash or credit card. Breakfast will be available for purchase at "The Water Hazard" just next to the first tee as well as a breakfast and lunch menu on hole #11 during the rounds. For lunch, a limited menu will be available for purchase at the "Sunset Patio" on Thursday and Friday, but not on Saturday.
For Sunday only, a buffet lunch will be provided for all remaining players in the field after their round.
Practice Round Information: Practice rounds may be made at 2:10 p.m., 2:40 p.m., and 3:10 p.m. on either July 30, July 31, August 1, August 6 & August 7.
Greens fees - $105.00; Cart fees - $23.00.

Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT July 16, 2019.
Entry Fee: $225 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $90 per player with an additional $135 for successful qualifiers.
