115 年 10 月 3 日（六）- 115 年 10 月 4 日（日） ，兩天36洞（兩天皆須完賽才算積分）。

【 比賽場地 】

立益國華高爾夫球場

【 分組表及開球時間 】

• 第一回合（115 年 10 月 3 日）開球時間約為中午 11:30，確切時間與編組表將於 115 年 9 月 30 日公布。
• 第二回合（115 年 10 月 44 日）開球時間約為上午 6:30，確切時間與編組表將於第一回合結束當天晚上 8:00 前公布。

【 獎項 】

• 個人賽：
  • 小學中年級組、小學高年級組、國中組：男女各取優勝前五名
  • 高中組：男女各取優勝前三名
• 團體賽：小學、中學兩個組別，各取優勝前三名
• 大會得視參賽人數調整

 【 報名費用 】

報名費為每人新台幣 $9,500 元（含兩日36洞擊球費）

【 退款辦法】

1. 辦理請假者，請發送請假通知至 JGL官方信箱 (info@jgl.tw)，以email收件日為請假日。

2. 退款規定

    a. 於 115 年 9 月 21 日（含）前 辦理請假者，將扣除新台幣 200 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。

    b. 於 115 年 9 月 22 日（含）至 10 月 2 日（含）期間辦理請假者，將扣除新台幣 500 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。   

    c. 於 賽事當日 申請事假者，退還果嶺費。

    d. 於 賽事當日 申請病假者，請提交正式就醫證明，將扣除新台幣 500 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。

3. 將統一於賽事結束後十個工作天退款。

    b. 直接匯款退還

【 其它注意事項 】

1. 收到下圖郵件通知內容，即表示系統報名成功，請直接進行匯款。

2. 送出報名申請後請於三日內（含當日）完成匯款（依入帳日）; 確認報名成功者將收到系統發送之確認電子郵件【 JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation 】。

3. 若需實體收據請透過電子郵件或官方LINE索取，否則皆以電子檔透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。

4. 為避免遺漏JGL重要資訊，建議登入Golf Genius會員後，打開「訂閱」選項。

【 Pairings and Tee Times 】

• Round 1 (3 Oct, 2026): tee-off around 11:30am, details to be announced on 30 Sep, 2026.

• Round 2 (4 Oct, 2026): tee-off around 6:30am, details to be announced by 8:00pm Saturday, 3 Oct, 2026 (after Round 1).

【 Prizes 】

• Individual
  • Elementary School G3-G4, G5-G6, and Junior High School G7-9:  Top 5 of each category will be awarded.
  • Senior High School G10-G12: Top 3 of each category will be awarded.
• Team
  • Two divisions—Elementary School and High School. Top 3 of each division will be awarded.
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

NTD 9,500/ player (includes 36 holes over 2 days)

【 Refund Policy 】

1. A withdrawal request MUST be emailed to official JGL email address at info@jgl.tw. The date of the email receipt will be considered the official applied date.
2. Refund Policy
    a. Withdrawal on or before 21 Sep, 2026 will be charged a processing fee of NTD 200, with the remaining balance refunded.
    b. Withdrawal between 22 Sep, 2026 and 2 Oct, 2026 (inclusive), a handling fee of NT$500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

    c. For withdrawal submitted on the tournament day, only the green fee will be refunded.

    e. For medical leave requested on the tournament day, an official medical certificate must be submitted. A handling fee of NT$500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the tournament.

1. Confirmation Email

Once you receive the email as shown below, your registration has been successfully submitted and you may proceed with the payment.

2. All registrants (including waitlisted) must complete payment within 3 days of submission (including the day of submission) — based on actual deposit date. Confirmation email titled “JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation” will be sent upon successful registration.

3. Receipts will be sent electronically; if a hard copy is needed, please request via email or the official LINE.
