- Out of Bounds fence/netting on Holes 4, 5, 6 & 7 If a player’s ball is on the wrong side of the fence for the corresponding hole this is classed as OOB and the player must retake their previous kick with a penalty stroke. Also, no relief is given if a player’s ball is against these fences. All fences are marked with white paint and white stakes if your ball is beyond the final stake then you are in bounds.
Unused/Old Holes – If an unusued or old hole is in a player’s direct line to the pin and the ball is within 20m of the hole relief may be taken at the nearest point. This is not applicable if the player's ball is in the rough, hazard or bunker.
Hole 5 - Any ball against the fence, players permitted free relief no closer to the hole
Hole 9 - The well in the middle of the fairway and the stone wall to the right of the fairway are considered part of the course and players DO NOT get free relief from these. If a player wishes to take a drop they must follow the normal rules of an unplayable drop or return to previous kick
Hole 17 - if your tee shot hits the powerlines you have the option to play your ball as it lies or go back to the tee to retake your tee shot (this doesn't incur any penalty.) Please also be careful of some animal damage on the walkway between hole 17 and 18 tee box.
