September 10, 2026

Dear Participants,

Thank you for registering for the 2026 PGA of BC Pro-Pro Championship presented by Sundog EyewearBlue Tees Golf & Coolbet. We are excited to see you all on September 14–15, 2026 at Highland Pacific Golf. Below, you will find essential information and important reminders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

COURSE CONDITIONS UPDATE — PLEASE READ

Highland Pacific Golf has asked us to make all competitors aware of two conditions affecting play before you arrive.

Greens: Some of the greens at Highland Pacific have been affected by Pythium root dysfunction this season. It is a disease that attacks the plant at the root and is brought on by wet, humid conditions combined with compaction from heavy foot traffic. The maintenance team is following a strict treatment regimen developed with their lead agronomist and outside turf scientists. Players may find the quality of the affected surfaces below what they would normally expect at Highland Pacific.

Fairway aeration: The maintenance team has advised that fairway aeration is required ahead of the Championship. As a result, preferred lies — "ball in hand" — may be in play through the fairways for both rounds. The final ruling and the exact terms of the local rule will be confirmed at registration and printed on the Notice to Competitors.

These conditions will be the same for every team in the field, and the host facility and PGA of BC staff are working together to deliver a great competitive experience over the two days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
