**Prohibiting Use of Audio and Video Devices: During a round, a player must not listen to or watch content of any nature on a personal audio or video device (G-8).

Entry Fee: $150.00 per player

 

Individual Handicap Index Limit: 5.4

 

Maximum Field Size: 56 sides

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use distance measuring devices provided they measure distance only.

 

Walking Only Event: The U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship and it's qualifiers is a walking only event. Players may carry their bag, use a pull cart, or use a caddie. 

 

Format: 18 holes of Four-Ball stroke play

 

Qualifying Positions: 2

 

Starting Time: 9:00 a.m. from holes #1 and #10

 

Driving Range: The driving range will be available at 7:30 a.m. at no extra charge to the player.

Player Food: Food will be the responsibility of the player.

 

Official in Charge: An official in charge cannot set-up a golf course or officiate Rules if that person is also a participant at the qualifying site.

 

One Ball Rule: Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-4.

 

Clubs: Grooves - Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-3.

 

Footwear: It is a condition at all qualifying sites unless otherwise indicated by an asterisk on this entry application that shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition, i.e., ceramic, plastic, etc.) or spikes, regardless of design, comprised either entirely or partially of metal (if such metal may come in contact with the course) are prohibited during the stipulated round.
