TYGA Tots at Wakefield Plantation

Tournament Information

 

 

Member Open:  February 25 at 8:00 pm

General Open: March 4 at 8:00 pm

Entry Deadline: April 19 at 11:59 pm

Entry Fees: $20 for members $35 for non-members

Format: Individual 9-hole maximum score stroke play.  Maximum score is 10.

Eligibility: TYGA members who are age 11 and under as of April 27, 2019.

Number of Players: 40

Starting Time: 2:00 pm

Electronic Measuring Devices:  Players may use an approved measuring device during this event.

Caddies: Players must walk and must have a caddie.  Caddies must be 16 years of age or older (no exceptions) and must walk at all times. Players may only be shuttled between holes (green to tee).

Prizes: Medals are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up.

Withdrawals: If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds avalible the week prior to the event for $20 per person.

Pull Carts:  Pull carts will NOT be allowed at Wakefield Plantation.

Spectator Carts:  A limited number of spectator carts will be availble on a first come first serve basis for $10 per cart.

Parent Policy:  Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren).  Unless you are a caddie, we do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.

Refund Policy: A $20 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals.
