The Tennessee Senior Four-Ball Championship began in 1994 at Cleveland Country Club in conjunction with the Four-Ball Championship. The Senior Four-Ball Championship is open to teams of amateurs who possess a combined active USGA/GHIN Handicap Index of 20.0 or less from a TGA member club or course. Senior Amateur players must be at least 55 years of age on or before May 15, 2019.
The format for the Tennessee Senior Four-Ball is 36-hole stroke play qualifying. Following the 36-hole stroke play qualifying, the field will be cut to an 8 side match play bracket. In the event of a tie for the final qualifying position(s), a hole-by-hole playoff will be conducted following the second round. Ties during the stroke play qualifying will be broken by the USGA method of tiebreaking (Last 9, last 6, last 3, etc.) to determine seeding. If necessary, the results of the playoff for the final bracket position(s) will detemine seeding.
