Entry Fee: $160

Field Size: Limited to 66 players

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds will be made available on July 22, 27, & 28, at the guest rate of $48.  One caddy per player may also play at the same rate.  Please contact the club to set up your practice round.

Eligibility:  All Women UGA Members that have a 14.9 handicap index or less as of the registration deadline

Format:  36 holes stroke play qualifying to determine the low 16 players who will advance to match play. There are no refunds for players who do not advance to match play. (Starting in 2017, the champion from the previous season will no longer receive an exemption into match play, the will have to earn their way into the match play portion of the event.)

Stroke Play Qualifying:
-Round 1 – July 29
-Round 2 – July 30

Match Play:
-Round of 16 – July 31 (AM)
-Quarter-Finals – July 31 (PM)
-Semi-Finals – August 1 (AM)
-Finals – August 1 (18 hole final, PM)

Refunds and withdrawals:  If a player withdrawals prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.  After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event. A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day.   In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
