The Tennessee Women's Amateur Championship began in 1916 at Memphis Country Club.
Applications are open to female amateurs who (1) meet the USGA policy on transgender individuals and (2) possess an active USGA/GHIN Handicap Index of 36.0 or less from a TGA member club or course.
Amateurs must meet the USGA definition of an amateur golfer.
Persons applying for reinstatement to amateur status are not eligible.
*NEW FORMAT* The format for the Tennessee Women's Amateur Championship is a 54-hole stroke play championship. The field is limited to 120 players. There will be two divisions: Championship and Flighted. Players must choose if their division when registering for the Tennessee Women's Amateur Championship.
