2019 CGA Mid-Amateur Qualifier #1 - Omni Interlocken Golf Club








*This event serves as a concurrent qualifier for the USGA Mid-Amateur Championship. The qualifier is first and foremost a USGA Mid-Amateur championship qualifier. Only players that are registered for the USGA Mid-Amateur Championship qualifier may also use this site as a CGA Mid-Amateur Qualifier. You may not play in this event as a CGA Mid-Amateur Qualifier only.

Host Facility: Omni Interlocken Golf Club


Course Rotation: The Vista and Sunshine rotation will be used.


CGA Mid-Amateur Age Policy: Players must be 25 years old on or before Sept. 14, 2019.


Eligibility: Open to Active CGA Members


Date: Tuesday, August 13th


U.S. Mid-Am Registration Deadline: 5:00 p.m. ET. July, 31, 2019


Entry Fee: $90 for CGA qualifying. Successful qualifiers will need to pay an additional $135 for entry into the championship.


Handicap Index Limit: 3.4


Format: 18 holes of stroke play


CGA Mid-Am Qualifying Positions: 5


Starting Time: 7:30 a.m. off holes #1 and #10 


Walking Only Event: The U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship and its qualifiers are walking only events, players may carry their bag, use a pull cart, or have a caddie. Players or caddies may not ride in a motorized cart.


Driving Range: The driving range will be made available at 6:30 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.


Distance Measuring Devices: Distance measuring devices are allowed provided they measure distance only.


Practice Round Information: Available for $65.00 (includes cart and range access). Practice rounds may be made on a space available basis anytime Monday - Thursday between July 13th and August 12th.

*Please note that the course will be closed to practice rounds between Wednesday, August 7th and Saturday, August 10th.
