Utah Women's Senior Stroke Play

Registration Closes: Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 04:00 PM

Site: Day 1: Jeremy Ranch G&CC

         Day 2: Crater Springs GC

Entry Fee: $135 - Includes cart and range

Eligibility:  All female members of the UGA age 50+ who have a Handicap with the UGA as of the registration deadline

Format: 36 holes of individual stroke play.

Tee Times: Monday: 10:00am Shotgun, Tuesday: Tee Times 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds at Crater Springs will be on a space available basis, and can be scheduled by calling the golf course directly.  Jeremy Ranch will be offering practice rounds at the rate of $55 which includes cart.  They will be available on a space available basis from Sept 16th to Sept 19th.  

Flight Information: The field will be broken into flights determined using the September 15 handicap revision. Gross and Net winners will be awarded.

Ties:  In the event of a tie for the overall champion, a hole by hole sudden death playoff will commence immediately following play.

Refunds and Withdrawals:  If a player withdrawals prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.  After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event. A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day.   In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
