Player Registration Fee: $275.00
Player Registration Fee Includes:

Registration Options:
Players/Team Representitives will have the following options to register: Self Only (total of 1), Self and 3 teammates (total of 4), or Self and 7 teammates (total of 8).
Registration Process:
Everyone registering will go onto a waitlist. All necessary player information and a credit card are required to register. Players will receive an email message that they are on the waitlist for the event. When all members of a team have been registered, the team will be moved onto the active event roster on a first come first serve basis (FYI - this is a manual process). At that time, credit cards will be processed for payment and players will receive another email message saying that they have been confirmed into the event.

Practice Rounds
$50.00 per player on each course.
Important Notes
Maximum Field Size: 26 teams / 208 players
Tournament Format: Shotgun start both days. First round is Four Ball, Second round is Singles.
Tournament Courses: With a full field of 26 teams, all players will play both the Hills and Jones Courses. If we do not reach the maximum field size, the facility may require us to play on only one course.
Pairings*: Pairings will be published no later than the Thursday prior to the event by 1:00pm.
*This is a Team event; Chapter is not a consideration when we make the pairings. The primary consideration affecting pairings is to create the best matches based on handicaps. Teams from the same Chapter competing in a Regional Qualifier may have a pairing against each other. Every effort is made to prevent Teams from playing against each other more than once, however this cannot be guaranteed.
