VSWGA Member Registration
Registration for the 2026 Season
The VSWGA uses the USGA Tournament Management System for event registration.
All players are required to create a profile in this system to play in VSWGA events.
1) If you have not created a NEW PROFILE in the new system click on the "Click Here to Register" button below (once you have created a profile, you can log in with your email address and password)
2) Players will be required to register with their GHIN number to be eligible for any event.
GHIN number must be ACTIVE for the current season!
3) The email you used for your registration will be the main channel for all communications
regarding events you register for.
4) If your GHIN # is not active, contact your home course to get it activated for the current season.
Most of your information will be pulled in through your GHIN number, however, here are some important notes:
- Update anything that has changed and fill in any additional required fields.
- Your Mailing Address must be accurate so information that is mailed is sent to the correct address.
- Fill in your Handbook Address if it is different than your Mailing Address (ie, if you winter in a different state).
- Please note the cell phone field is required because information for tournaments can be texted quickly for circumstances such as weather delays, event cancellations or tee time changes. If you do not have a cell phone, enter 123-456-7890.
- Please NOTE: Your email address as shown in your profile is also your USERNAME for logging in after you create a Password! Please write this down and save it.
