Food and Beverage Availability:

You will receive a $10 snack shop voucher/day/player.

Drinking water will not be available on the course, so be prepared to bring your own drinking water.

Practice Facilities:

The driving range opens at 6:30 a.m..  Please limit your warm-up to 20 minutes.  Please do not use the practice greens prior to 25 minutes before your starting time.

Scoring:

Players must download the USGA TM app (or Golf Genius). The GGID for the group is noted on the scorecard PDF and the pairings sheet.

  • Within the group, at least one player will need to do the mobile scoring for the group.  Preferably everyone will keep score for someone else.  Keep your own scorecard on a paper scorecard to be able to go over hole-by-hole scores.

  • At the end of the round, all players in the group must confirm that the hole-by-hole scores posted online are correct.  This can be done using the “Scorecard” in the app.  An NCGA staff person or a volunteer will be stationed behind the 9th green of Chardonnay and the 9th green of Zinfandel to disable the mobile scoring for the group once all players agree.  After that scorecard is treated as officially returned and certified.

  • During the tournament, all rules questions must be addressed directly with a Rules Official. There will be no Rules Table at the conclusion of the round.

  • For guidance using the Mobile Scoring App, please see this training video

All questions concerning your entry into this tournament should be directed to me personally with a follow up email.  If you leave a message and do not receive a return call within 24 hours, please call me again to ensure your message was received.

The Hers ‘n His Committee looks forward to seeing you and sharing a successful tournament.

Sincerely,
