Welcome to the 37th Oregon Senior Men's Amateur Championship
CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
Dates: September 1-4, 2020
Site: Broken Top Club | Bend, Ore.
Eligibility: Entries are open to male amateur golfers who are at least 50 years of age as of September 1, 2020 with Handicap Indexes of 18.1 or less. All entrants must be members in good standing of an OGA Member Club.
Format: The Senior defending Men’s Champion Pat O'Donnell and 31 finishers from the 18-hole stroke play qualifier will advance to the single elimination Championship flight match play portion of the competition, with the remaining entrants placed in single elimination match play flights according to score. There will be NO age bracket flights.
Entry Fee: $200
Entry Includes
- One practice round and two guaranteed rounds of competition
- OGA hosted lunch first two days
- Tee prizes
- Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to the Champion
Field Limit: The field will be limited to 96 players. Entries will be accepted according to the date and time of receipt of entry and entry fee.
Exemptions: All past Senior Amateur Champions are eligible for guaranteed entry into the Championship. Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and file an entry by the deadline.
Performance Points: Points for the 2020 Oregon Senior Men's Amateur will count for the the 2020 Hudson Cup Team and the 2021 PNGA Cup Team.
