• Schedule of Events:
  • Friday, November 15:
    • Course set-up (by the CGA).
    • Optional practice round. Players are responsible for practice round green fees and reservations.
    • 5:45pm Captains meeting back Terrace at Longleaf.
    • 6:00pm Team/Player Reception (F&B hosted by the CGA). Heartwood Grill back room: Casual golf attire. No denim please.
    • Pairings and tee times to be announced at team reception.
  • Saturday, November 16 (Semi-Final Matches):
    • 10:30am – 10:45am Team pictures on the practice putting green outside the Longleaf pro-shop.
    • 11:00am – 12:30pm (9-minute intervals) from #1 tee.
    • Non-competing Captains/Alternates (optional) will tee off last.
    • Player’s Dinner on back patio area immediately following play.
    • Final’s lineups submitted by advancing team captain within 30 minutes of last East Match match.
  • Sunday, November 17 (Championship Match):
    • 11:40am – 12:20pm (9-minute intervals) from Tee #1
    • Awards ceremony immediately following play
    • NOTE: There is no consolation match.
