FIELD SIZE Low 24 entries by USGA Handicap Index. **More spots will be made available if the Senior Women’s Match Play Championship does not use its maximum field allotment. All players will make match play. |

FORMAT 18 holes of stroke play qualifying for seeds followed by match play for up to 24 players in two flighted brackets. **See note above regarding additional players for qualifying and match play. Stroke play qualifying scores are for seeds in match play brackets. The low 16 scores from stroke play qualifying will comprise the Championship flight. The remaining 8 players to qualify for match play will be placed in a Tournament flight of 8. Match Play – 18 holes per match. The schedule for qualifying and match play is as follows:

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call River Forest Golf Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on May 14th. Practice round cart and range fee is included in the entry fee.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition. |

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on July 24th. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. |
|
CARTS Cart fees for the the practice round, stroke play qualifying round and all match play rounds are included with the entry fee. |
|
RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Credit cards will be accepted. |
|
PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the winner and those advancing to match play in all flights. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email to mmccachern@gsga.org
**For the remainder of 2020, a player may request a FULL refund for a withdraw up until their starting time on the first day of competititon for ANY reason. After the player's starting time on the first day of competition has passed, no refunds will be granted. |

CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION - The following conditions shall be in effect for this competition:
- GSGA competitions are "spikeless" events. Therefore, metal and traditionally-designed spikes are prohibited. Penalty for breach of this condition is disqualification.
