2020 RDGA District Championship Qualifier

NEW RDGA TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES for 2020: The RDGA is providing new health and safety guidelines for players to follow when participating in RDGA Tournaments this year, based on New York State COVID-19 guidance as well as best practices being followed by leading golf organizations across the country. The starting field for this event is currently FULL at 78 players. You may continue to register for this Qualifier but you will be placed on a waitlist in the event that a registered player withdraws from the field prior to the date of the Qualifier. Alternatively, you may register for the Qualifier at Reservoir Creek Golf Club, schedule for June 24. CLICK HERE to register for that Qualifier instead. (Players may NOT enter BOTH Qualifiers.)

FORMAT: The RDGA District Championship Qualifier at Chili Country Club features 18 holes of scratch stroke play for the entire field. Play begins off the No. 1 tee in threesomes. Approximately one quarter of the field will advance to the 2020 RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial at Brook-Lea Country Club on July 17-19.

ABOUT: This is the first of two 18-hole stroke play qualifiers to determine the starting field for the 2020 RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial. Players may enter either Qualifier but not both. Qualifiers will join those exempt players who have already entered to complete the starting field of approximately 128 players for the Championship. Click on the Tournament Information tab above for the list of players who are exempt from qualifying for the 2020 RDGA District Championship.
