2020 Cascata Amateur - Stableford Scoring

FORMAT: 36-Hole Stableford Event
STABLEFORD SCORING: For this tournament we will be using a modified Stableford scoring method. Points are accumulated based on your score from each hole. For the divisions where Net score is calculated, handicaps will be based off of 90% of your total course handicap. The maximum course handicap a player can receive after the 90% reduction is 21. The scoring for points in this modified stableford event are as follows:
- Double Eagle or better - 8 points
- Eagle - 5 Points
- Birdie - 3 points
- Par - 1 point
- Bogey - 0 points
- Double Bogey or worse - (-2) points
DIVISIONS:
- Championship - scratch prizes only - no age limit
- Net - net prizes only - no age limit
- Senior - scratch and net prizes - must have turned 51 on or before August 15, 2020
- Silver - scratch and net prizes - must have turned 61 on or before August 15, 2020
ENTRY FEE: $225 Member Fee. $265 for Late Entry Fee - You MUST be a member of the Southern Nevada Golf Association to play in this event.
Includes green fees, cart, range balls, prize fund, and player's travel fund.
FIELD SIZE: 100 Players NOTE: This number may end up being lower due to any possible restrictions including cart restrictions and restrictions on gatherings.

- Silver Division - Cascata WHITE Tees
PROJECTED YARDAGES: Please note that not all yardages in the charts below will match the golf course scorecard. This is because we will move some tees around on certain holes. These yardages are always subject to change based on course and weather conditions.
CLOSING DATE: CLOSED. If we reach our field size before that time, players will be put on a wait-list. Registration after the closing date will result in being charged the Late Entry Rate.

REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $10 administrative fee. If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 48 hours prior to the competition, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the competition. A player has the right to appeal for a refund to the Tournament Director and Tournament Committee with 5 days of the completion of the event, for extreme circumstances. Documentation will be required in order to proceed with the appeals process.
