36-Hole Team Modified Stableford Championship.
FIELD SIZE
72 teams.
ELIGIBILITY
All amateur women UGA members with an active handicap index.
STARTING TIMES
9:00am shotgun start for both rounds.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Players will be responsible for scheduling their practice round by calling the host club/s. Any practice round fee will be the responsibility of the player.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
The lowest handicap on the two-person team will determine the flight. The max handicap index will be 36, if you are higher you will be adjusted to 36. Handicaps will be pulled on April 17.

WHAT IS TEAM MODIFIED STABLEFORD?
Stableford is a form of play in golf where your score on a hole equates to points with the goal being to have the most points. In modified Stableford the point values for a birdie, par, bogey, etc. are just changed to a different value. The values are as follows:
- Double Bogey or worse - 0 points
- Bogey - 1 point
- Par - 2 points
- Birdie - 4 points
- Eagle - 6 points
- Double Eagle - 8 points
In team Stableford, both players points are added together to get a total score.
In Stableford, if your score is already a net double bogey or worse you can pick up for the hole.
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
If a player withdraws prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event. A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day. In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
