2020 RDGA Women's Championship

ELIGIBILITY: RDGA Members; women, all ages

START TIMES: Beginning at 2:00 p.m. in Round 1; 11:30 a.m. in Round 2 (first tee both days)

ENTRY FEE: $150

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday, July 11, 2020 (11:59 pm)

FORMAT: The RDGA Women's Championship Danielle E. Downey Memorial features 36 holes of scratch stroke play competition over two days.  Players will compete from the RDGA Black Tees, approximately 5,800 yards (Brook-Lea CC White Tees), with prizes awarded to the top 1/4 of the field. Tie for first will result in a sudden death playoff to determine the champion.

ABOUT: Named in honor of the late Danielle Downey, who grew up in the RDGA junior and amateur ranks to play collegiately - and eventually on the LPGA Tour - this year's RDGA Women's Championship is a special honor to her memory as it is being hosted by Brook-Lea Country Club, which she called home for many years.  Lunch will be provided to contestants on both days.
