Listed below is IMPORTANT information pertinent to the event.

Arrival and Check In:  Players MUST NOT arrive at the property more than 40 minutes before their tee time. You may utilize the practice range and putting green for 15 minutes each. Participants arriving earlier than this time will be asked to wait in their car or leave the premises.

 

Please DO NOT check in until 10 minutes before your tee time at your assigned tee (1 or 10). There will be no official registration area. You will be given a welcome gift at that time.

 

FOOD SERVICE:  A BBQ lunch will be provided for players to pick up at the turn or prior to teeing off. Limited beverage service will be available, please plan accordingly.

 

CARTS: This is a CART PATH ONLY event.

 

DRESS CODE:  Players must be properly attired both on the golf course and premises of the club.  Blue jeans, designer jeans, t-shirts and tank tops are prohibited.  Golf shirts must be worn and shorts must be no shorter than mid-thigh (no jean shorts). 

 

FOOTWEAR:  Metal Spikes are prohibited.
