ENTRY PROCEDURE: Contestants shall apply on official OGA entry blank or online at www.ohiogolf.org. Entry fee refund available only for medical reasons after deadline date, September 7, 2020, 11:59 p.m. Late or incomplete applications not accepted. No telephone entries. On-line entry is available at WWW.OHIOGOLF.ORG. All refunds are subject to a $15 service fee.
APPLICANTS: Must be (1) a male (2) a resident of the State of Ohio. (3) have an active WHS Handicap Index at an OGA member club in order to pay the member fee. If one member of the team is a member of an OGA Member club with an active WHS Handicap Index, the member fee applies and he may bring A non-Ohio resident. A list of member clubs can be found at www.ohiogolf.org.

Brookside Golf & CC Shop Credit awarded based on field size
Winner of Overall Gross division is exempt for 2021, 2022 and 2023 Ohio Amateur.
REGISTRATION: All players are required to register at Brookside Golf & CC prior to their first-round tee time on Monday, September 14, 2020.
PRACTICE ROUND: After entering, players may call Brookside Golf & CC to arrange a Practice round between September 1st and September 13th based on availability. 614-889-1758. Practice round cost will be $50 including cart.
CADDIES: A player must not have another player who has or will compete in the same Round as his or her caddie during the round. Penalty for breach of Local Rules: The player gets the general penalty for each hole during which he or she is helped by such a caddie. If the breach happens or continues between two holes, the player gets the general penalty for the next hole. Modern Local Rule 8H.
SHOES: During a round, a player must not wear shoes with:
- Traditional spikes—that is, spikes having single or multiple points designed to penetrate deeply into the surface of the ground (regardless of whether made of metal, ceramic, plastic or other materials
- Spikes of any design that are entirely or partially made of meatal, If such metal may come in contact with the course

SPECIFICATIONS OF CLUBS AND THE BALL

PAIRINGS: Pairings will be emailed to all contestants and posted to www.ohiogolf.org. All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are subject to OGA Board acceptance.
MEALS: Buffet Lunch included in entry fee Monday and Tuesday for contestants.
ENTRY FEE: $440.00 per team MEMBERS The entrant hereby agrees to hold the OGA and the Brookside Golf & CC free and harmless from any and all claims that may be created by the actions of the entrant. The entrant also certifies that he is a bona-fide amateur and has an active WHS Handicap at an OGA member club.
