ENTRY PROCEDURE: Contestants shall apply on official OGA entry blank or online at www.ohiogolf.org. Entry fee refund available only for medical reasons after deadline date, June 30, 2020, 11:59 p.m. Late or incomplete applications not accepted. No telephone entries. On-line entry is available at WWW.OHIOGOLF.ORG. All refunds are subject to a $15 service fee.
APPLICANTS: Must be (1) a male who has not reached their 19th birthday on or before July 9, 2020. (2) a WHS Handicap Index of 10.4 or less (3) a resident of the State of Ohio. In order to pay the member fee, entrant must have an active WHS Handicap Index at an OGA member club. A list of member clubs may be found at www.ohiogolf.org.

REGISTRATION: All players are required to register at Windmill Lakes GC, Tuesday, July 7, 2020. A player may call or email the OGA to pre-register, if he is unable to get to Windmill Lakes GC on Monday. If a player fails to register, his spot may be given to an alternate.
PRACTICE ROUND: Tuesday, July 7.
You must report to the first tee to arrange practice round. FIRST TEE CLOSES AT 2:00 p.m. Players are advised to come early. No exceptions. Players who violate this or any OGA Rule will be immediately disqualified. Club may allow alternate practice times but will charge appropriate fees.
CADDIES: A player may not have a caddie during the practice round or any tournament round.
PARENTS: Parents must remain a reasonable distance from play, at least 50 yards. Parents are not allowed on any teeing area or putting green during practice or tournament rounds. After the first warning, the player will be disqualified.
SHOES: During a round, a player must not wear shoes with
- Traditional spikes—that is, spikes having single or multiple points designed to penetrate deeply into the surface of the ground (regardless of whether made of metal, ceramic, plastic or other materials.
- Spikes of any design that are entirely or partially made of metal, if such metal may come in contact with the course penalty for breach of this Local Rules: See Rule 4.3. Modern Local Rule G-7.
TRANSPORTATION: (Ohio Amateur and Junior) During a round, a player or caddie must not ride on any form of motorized transportation except as authorized or later approved by the Committee. See Modern Local Rule G-6 for additional information and Penalty.
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLUBS AND THE BALL

PAIRINGS: Pairings will be emailed to all contestants and posted to www.ohiogolf.org. All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are subject to OGA Board acceptance.
LUNCH: Buffet Lunch included in entry fee Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for contestants. Subject to change to plated or box lunch.
MEMBER ENTRY FEE: $200.00 The entrant hereby agrees to hold the OGA and the Windmill Lakes GC free and harmless from any and all claims that may be created by the actions of the entrant. The entrant also certifies that he is a bona-fide amateur, and has an active WHS Handicap Index of 10.4 or less at an OGA member club.
NON MEMBER ENTRY FEE: $250.00 The entrant hereby agrees to hold the OGA and the Windmill Lakes GC free and harmless from any and all claims that may be created by the actions of the entrant. The entrant also certifies that he is a bona-fide amateur, with a WHS Handicap Index of 10.4 or less and a resident of Ohio.
