ENTRY PROCEDURE: Contestants shall apply on official OGA entry blank or online at www.ohiogolf.org. Entry fee refund available only for medical reasons after deadline date, June 16, 2020, 11:59 p.m. Late or incomplete applications not accepted. No telephone entries. On-line entry is available at OHIOGOLF.ORG. All refunds are subject to a $15 service fee.
APPLICANTS: Must be (1) a male who has reached their 55th birthday on or before June 24, 2020 (2) an active WHS Handicap Index of 7.4 or less (3) a resident of the State of Ohio. In order to pay the member fee, entrant must have an active WHS Handicap Index at an OGA member club. A list of member clubs may be found at ohiogolf.org.

Winner of Senior division is exempt for 2020, 2021 and 2022 Ohio Amateur.
REGISTRATION: All players are required to register at Toledo CC on Tuesday June 23, 2020. You may pre-register by emailing or calling the OGA office. 614-698-0014.
PRACTICE ROUND: Afternoon shotgun on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Subject to change to 12:00 p.m. tee times off #1 only.
CADDIES: A player must not have another player who has or will compete in the same round as his or her caddie during the round. Penalty for breach of Local Rules: The player gets the general penalty for each hole during which he or she is helped by such a caddie. If the breach happens or continues. Between two holes, the player gets the general penalty for the next hole. Modern Local Rule 8H.
SHOES: During a round, a player must not wear shoes with:
- Traditional spikes—that is, spikes having single or multiple points designed to penetrate deeply into the surface of the ground regardless of whether made of metal, ceramic, plastic or other materials
- Spikes of any design that are entirely or partially made of metal, if such metal may come in contact with the course penalty for breach of this Local Rules: See Rule 4.3. Modern Local Rule G-7
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLUBS AND THE BALL

PAIRINGS: Pairings will be emailed to all contestants and posted to ohiogolf.org. All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are subject to OGA Board acceptance.
MEALS: Buffet lunch included in entry fee Tuesday and Wednesday for contestants. Breakfast buffet included in entry fee on Thursday. No lunch provided on Thursday. Subject to change to plated meal.
ENTRY FEE: $295.00 MEMBERS The entrant hereby agrees to hold the OGA and the Toledo CC free and harmless from any and all claims that may be created by the actions of the entrant. The entrant also certifies that he is a bona-fide amateur and has an active WHS handicap index of 7.4 or less at an OGA member club.
