• All individual reservations will require a one night’s room deposit (including applicable taxes and surcharges) or valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. TSRC accepts major credit cards and advance deposits equal to the first night’s rate.  Individuals may cancel their room reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time will result in a forfeiture of the deposit (including applicable taxes and surcharges). 

 

++ All rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state/local taxes (currently 13.75%). There is an additional fee of $10.00 per person for more than 2 occupants per room in the Inn, Hotel and Tower, and $20.00 per person for more than 2 occupants per room in the Lodge.  Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is 4 occupants, unless otherwise specified by TSRC.
