Entry Fee: $150.00. 
Entries Close: Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (Knoll qualifier)

Monday, September 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (Concordia qualifier)

 

Late entries will NOT be accepted

QUALIFYING INFORMATION:
Thursday, September 24 - Knoll Country Club - Boonton

Wednesday, October 7 - Concordia Golf Club - Monroe Township

 

Each qualifying site will be limited to 78 players. If a site becomes over-subscribed, all players will be sorted via their 9/14 Handicap Index and the low 78 players will be placed into the field. All entries will remain pending until the close of entries date, your credit card will not be charged until you are confirmed into the qualifier. The remaining players will be put on a waiting list.

 

ELIGIBILITY: 

Entries open to male amateur golfers who meet ALL of the following:

- Entrant must be 25 years of age as of October 13, 2020.

- Entrant must possess UNQUESTIONABLE Amateur Status.

- Entrant meet ALL of these Handicap and Membership Requirements:

• Hold a USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or less, as of the September 14, 2020 Handicap Revision at a NJSGA member club/course. He must be listed on this club’s GHIN Handicap Roster.
• Maintain good standing and remain on the above Handicap Roster through the Championship proper.

- If entering from a public facility, or Club Without Real Estate, entrant must be a permanent resident of New Jersey. Proof of residency may be required.

 
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT: 
Stroke Play to Match Play. An 18-hole, Stroke Play qualifying round will be held on October 13. The low 16 scorers will advance to two days (four rounds) of Match Play. The round of 16 and quarterfinals will be held on October 14; the semifinals and championship matches will be held on October 15. The Championship field will consist of 60 players.

Transportation: Motorized transportation is PROHIBITED throughout this Championship.
Caddies: Permitted; a player may bring his own caddie – or where available, reserve a club caddie.
Pull/Push Carts: Refer to specific Player Information Sheet for host club’s policy.

FINAL DECISION REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE NJSGA. THE NJSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR WITHDRAW AN ENTRY AT ANY TIME, BEFORE OR DURING A COMPETITION OR MODIFY THE CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ANYTIME, IN ITS DISCRETION.
