Format:  18 Holes, Stroke Play-Scramble

Field is limited to 120 players. 

Enter as an individual and CDGA staff will create ABCD teams

Handicaps as of September 2 will be used to create the teams. 

12:45 p.m. shotgun

11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. lunch

Entry Fee:   $60 per entrant and includes Golf, cart fee, lunch, range balls, prizes and gratuities.

Eligibility:  Entrant must be a female member of a full service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active GHIN #.  Entrant must be an amateur. 

CDGA Refund Policy:  Withdrawals prior to the deadline date will be refunded.  Withdrawals after the deadline will only be refunded with a written medical excuse. All refunds are subject to a $5 service fee.
