2020 BDGA Brian Williams Senior Net Championship

Terms of the Competition
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is $75. This includes the green, cart and range fees, dinner, prizes, and awards.
ELIGIBILITY
This championship is open to male amateur golfers who meet the following requirements:
- Membership: Be a member of the BDGA, defined as either belonging to (1) an BDGA member club or (2) the NYSGA eClub of Western New York
- Age: Entrants must be at least 50 years of age as of August 25, 2020.
- Handicap Index: Entrants must have an active, up-to-date USGA Handicap Index issued by a licensed golf club.
ENTRIES, DEADLINE, AND REFUND POLICY
- Entries: An entry must be submitted online with payment prior to the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
- Deadline: The deadline to submit entries is Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 at 5:00pm.
- Refund Policy: The entry fee, less a $10 service fee, will be refunded if a player withdraws prior to the close of entries. No refunds are given after this time.
FORMAT
The format is 18 holes at net stroke play with 100% of the player's Course Handicap applied.
RULES
All play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. Players will be provided a "Notice to Players" rules sheet containing local rules and conditions. The BDGA will have volunteer Rules Officials on the course to provide rulings and answer questions.
DIVISIONS
There are three divisions: Seniors (ages 50+), Legends Division (ages 60+) and Masters (ages 70+). The overall winner can come from any division.
FIELD SIZE
The field will be limited to the first 80 players to register, with all additional players added to a wait list

PLAYER DINNER
Included in the entry is a dinner following the completion of the event.
GOLF CARTS AND DRIVING RANGE
The use of golf carts and the driving range is included in the entry fee.
AWARDS AND PRIZES
A Trophy will be awarded to the overall winner. Prizes, in the form of gift certificates to the host club pro shop, will be awarded to the top finishers in each division.
