Format:  18 Holes, Stroke Play-Chapman

Both players tee off.  Each plays a second shot with the other player’s ball. Choose the best position of the two balls and alternate hitting the chosen ball into the hole. Penalty strokes do not affect the order of play. 

Handicaps as of August 5 will be used. 

Field is limited to 120 players.

Entry Fee:   $120 per team and includes Golf, cart fee, lunch, range balls, prizes and gratuities.

Eligibility:  Entrant must be a female member of a full service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active GHIN #.  Entrant must be an amateur. 

CDGA Refund Policy:  Withdrawals prior to the deadline date will be refunded.  Withdrawals after the deadline will only be refunded with a written medical excuse. All refunds are subject to a $5 service fee.
