Payouts for Gross and Net in each flight.  85% of course handicap for Net.  Handicaps as of August 24 will be used.

Entry Fee:   $120 per team and includes Golf, cart fee, lunch, range balls, prizes and gratuities.

Eligibility:  Entrant must be a female member of a full service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active GHIN #.  Entrant must be an amateur. 

CDGA Refund Policy:  Withdrawals prior to the deadline date will be refunded.  Withdrawals after the deadline will only be refunded with a written medical excuse. All refunds are subject to a $5 service fee.
