Please find information related to the 2020 Jamison Cup Inter-Club Finals conducted by the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association at Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford, PA on Monday, August 31, 2020.

 

Format— The competition is 36 holes of stroke play, top three scores of four count per team.  In the case of a tie, the lower fourth score will break the tie.  Teams may substitute players between rounds. Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf.

 

Tee Markers—All play is from the WPGA tee markers

 

Pace of Play—The maximum allowable time will be four hours and fifteen minutes (4:15).  WPGA Pace of Play Policy.

 

Practice Rounds--Practice rounds are available at the discretion of the Pro Shop.  Practice round fees are the responsibility of the player.  Contact the Pro Shop at 814-623-8100 for practice round times and availability, the PGA Golf Professional is Jim Woods.

 

Lodging-- Lodging can be found at Bedford Springs Resort or in the Bedford area.

 

Transportation—Players are permitted to use carts for the competition for one or both rounds. The cart fee is included.  Players may bring their own caddies if they choose. Two carts per group will be permitted.

 

 Footwear—METAL CLEATS ARE PROHIBITED--PENALTY IS DISQUALIFICATION.

 

Food & Beverage— Coffee will be available prior to round one.  Water will be provided on-course.  A lunch will be provided between rounds and hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available at the end of the competition.  All other food and beverage charges are the responsibility of the player.

 

Billing/Payment—After the close of competition, all clubs will be billed by the WPGA equally to pay for the day.  It is the club’s responsibility to bill members of their team accordingly.

 

Spectator Info— No spectator carts will be permitted for the competition without pre-approved ADA verification. Please contact the WPGA office regarding the pre-approval process and ADA guidelines. ADA carts are based on availability.  Spectators may purchase lunches at their own expense.
