SNGA Social Series at SouthShore Country Club

ATTENTION: We have closed registration early due to the large number of signups received and the limit of players we will safely be able to host. Please feel free to register for the next two Social Series events that we have. July 13th at TPC Summerlin and August 17th at Red Rock Country Club. Both events are currently open for registration. You can find these events by going to SNGA.org and checking the tournament schedule.

SHOTGUN: 9:00 AM

 

REGISTRATION:  You can sign up as an individual or sign up mulitple players at once. Maximum of 4 players can be signed up at a time. Players who register individually but would like to make a request to play with another player(s) in the event can do so by emailing Tim Brand at Tbrand@snga.org. Requests must be submitted at least a week prior to the event.

 

ENTRY FEE: $105 - Includes golf, cart, range balls, and lunch following play

 

FIELD SIZE: 60 Players 

• NOTE: As of now we will be limiting the field to a total of 60 players due to how many carts SouthShore CC has available. If the mandate put in place by the governor which requires each player to be in their own golf cart is lifted prior to June 8th, we will try and allow more players into the field.

 

CLOSING DATE: June 4th @ 5:00 PM. If we reach our field size before that time, players will be put on a wait-list.

 

FORMAT: This is a non competitive event, there is no format. This is a chance to go out and play a great private golf course with other like-minded golfers. We will do a couple on course closest to the pin prizes.

 

REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $10 administrative fee.  If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 48 hours prior to the competition, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.  No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the competition. A player has the right to appeal for a refund to the Tournament Director and Tournament Committee with 5 days of the completion of the event, for extreme circumstances.  Documentation will be required in order to proceed with the appeals process.
