AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers age 25 or older as of October 2, 2020. |

ENTRY FEE $150 |
|
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $175.00 Championship fee. This fee will be charged to the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system after your qualifying round has concluded. |

FIELD SIZE 48 players |

FORMAT 18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. A total of 120 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula. You will be informed as to the number of qualifying places in your section the day of qualifying. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Pinetree Country Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on June 18. Practice round cart and range fee is $25 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES The MEDAL tees will be used for the qualifier. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. the day of competition. |

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on July 1. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. |
|
CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $25 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the bar area from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

REFUND POLICY For the remainder of 2020, a player may request a FULL refund for a withdrawal up through their starting time on the first day of competitions for ANY reason. After the player’s starting time has passed on the first day of competition, refunds will not be granted. |
