About Weekend Play!

 

 

We're answering your call for more opportunities to play with Weekend Play--casual play dates that will be scheduled on weekends or holidays when we don't have other programming.

 

To learn when & where we're playing, all you have to do is add your name to our Weekend Play email list.

 

We'll email you the details one week before the play date and you reply if you'd like to play. We'll fill the field on a first come, first served basis....Then we just show up to play and pay the pro shop directly upon check in.

 

 

How It Works

 

  • Use the 'Register Now' button to add you name to the Weekend Play roster.*

 

  • On Sun prior to a WP date, you'll receive an email with play date details--course, tee times, greens fee.

 

  • If you'd like play, respond by the Wed 8 p.m. deadline. (If you can't play, don't respond.)

 

  • Those playing will receive a confirmation email Thu, and then will pay the pro shop when they arrive to play.

 

* You may add your name to the Weekend Play roster at any time this season (up to Oct 30). But to be included in the Sunday invitation for any given play date, you must be on the roster no later than noon that Sunday. While responding players can indicate who they'd like to play with, each can reserve only their own spot for any given play date. Guests and members not on the WP Roster may be added after the Wed deadline, pending open spots.

 

 

Going forward, as our roster forms each year, we'll ask for volunteers from the group to schedule and coordinate future play dates.  For now, just add your name to the list and join us to play!
