FORMAT

PRACTICE ROUND Practice round times will be available on Saturday, July 18 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. on the Oakridge course for $40. Players must call 912-598-2540 to make a starting time after July 10. Credit cards ONLY are accepted. |
|
YARDAGES & TEES Yardages are posted on the event portal and practice yardage sheets will be provided to players when checking in for their practice round. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |
|
GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted to the event portal. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on July 15. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Players should arrive to their assigned starting tee ten minutes before their starting time to allow for the starter to go over instructions and rules of play. Player withdraws must be called in (678) 618-9315 or e-mailed to JFAGES@GSGA.ORG |

CARTS/CADDIES All tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Practice round cart and range fee must be paid by the player to the club. Credit Cards ONLY is accepted. Caddies are permitted and are also permitted to ride in carts if the player chooses to ride. |

FOOD SERVICE Limited food service will be available from 10:00-6:00. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

PRIZES Gift certificates will be awarded to the low XX finishers in the Championship and low XX in each flight of the Tournament. |

REFUND POLICY For 2020, a player may request a FULL refund for a withdraw up through their starting time on the first of competition for ANY reason. After the player's starting time has passed, NO refunds will be granted. |
