Dr. Curdt will provide her expertise related to the mental game. Her presentation will cover the performance of golf and mental strategies involved in playing one’s best.
The Performance of Golf
-Participants will learn 5 sport psychology tools to help better their golf performance including emotional regulations, self-schemas, goal setting, imagery and visualization, and attention and concentration. These tools will allow the participant to enhance their on-course practice and performance.

Dr. Alison Curdt is a dual PGA Master & LPGA Master Professional with over 30 years of golf competition background. She has recently played in six LPGA Tour majors and qualified for her 7th to be held in October 2020. Owner of “Alison Curdt Golf”, she has earned countless teaching and professional awards such as 2019 SoCal PGA Golf Professional of the Year, 2018 SCPGA Clubfitter of the Year, 4-time LPGA Western Section Teacher of the Year, 2016 SCPGA Teacher of the Year, and 2015 LPGA T&CP National Teacher of the Year. She was selected as an LPGA Top 50 Teacher in 2017 and 2019 and was inducted into the SoCal PGA Teaching Hall of Fame. Dr. Curdt is a clinical sport psychotherapist utilizing EMDR & Brainspotting to help athletes achieve peak performance and overcome athletic traumas. She is currently the LPGA T&CP National Vice-President.
