Format
Format will be 18 holes, individual stroke play.
Qualifying Spots
The site has been allocated eight (8) qualifying positions and two (2) alternate positions.
COVID Provisions (Please Read)*
- Masks must be used when inside any building at Maketewah CC. Players/caddies/spectators are asked to bring their own mask.
- Drinks will only be provided on Holes #1 & #10. Maketewah also has several contactless drink stations for use during your round.
- Scoreboards will not be provided. Players waiting to see if they have made the final qualifying spot or alternate spots are asked to wait in their cars or at another safe location (i.e. no congregating near scoring area permitted). Scores will be available for view online.
- Should there be a suspension of play requiring evacuation of the course, all players and caddies are asked to wait out the delay in their cars.

Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the last qualifying spot or either of the alternate positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Practice Rounds
Practice Round is scheduled for Saturday, May 15 (after 1pm). Cost is $35 + $25 if you choose to use a golf cart.
Players must play only from the tee markers, and must play one ball.
Automotive Transportation/Caddies/Pull Carts
Caddies are not available; players may provide their own caddie. Players & caddies must walk at all times during the round unless authorized or later approved by the Rules Committee. Golf Carts are not available for spectators. New for 2021, players may use their own push/pull carts.
Parking
Participants & Caddies are permitted to park at Maketewah CC. Spectators are asked to park in the Tryed Stone New Beginning Church lot. Car pooling is highly encouraged based on number of parking spots available.

Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 5 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Conforming Golf Balls/Conforming Driver Heads/One-Ball Rule/Clubs: Grooves
Only brands of balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. The "One-Ball Rule" & the Grooves & Punch Mark Specifications, Local Rules prescribed in Section 8 of Committee Procedures, will be in effect.
Distance Measuring Devices
New for 2021, Distance measuring devices that measure distance only ARE permitted during this competition.
