PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Players must be 25 years of age by the first day of competition AND, have an active GHIN membership at a South Dakota Golf Association member club for 2021. The 144-player field is selected as follows (if qualified applicant received by deadline):  (A) Past SDGA individual champions since 2000; (B) Low 40 finishers from 2020 Mid-Amateur Championship; (C) Through an 18-hole qualifying round  from the remaining pool of entrants held June 4th at   if the number of entrants exceeds 144.  If the total number of entries does not exceed 144, no qualifying round will be held. This Championship is pre-flighted and flights will be determined by handicap index. Overall champion will be lowest 36-hole score regardless of flight.
