Tee it Forward – Fall Net Championship

Registration Fee: $110 per person.

 

Registration Opens: July 7 at 9 a.m.

Registration Closes: August 2 at 11:59 p.m.

 

Format: 18-hole Individual Net Stableford. The tournament field will be divided into Male and Female Divisions. Each Division will be divided as equally as possible, into four handicap classes based on GAP/USGA Handicap Index. Players may choose the tee they will play from based on his/her individual length of drive. 

 

Suggested For Males:

 

Forward Tee - 200 yards Course Length: 5,300-5,500

Middle Tee - 225 yards Course Length: 5,700-5,900

Back Tee - 250 yards Course Length: 6,000-6,200

 

Suggested For Females:

 

Forward Tee - 150 yards Course Length: 4,600-5,200

Middle Tee - 175 yards Course Length: 5,300-5,500

Back Tee - 200 yards Course Length: 5,600-5,800

 

Eligibility: Open to male and female players who are members of a GAP Member Club. The maximum GAP/USGA Handicap Index allowed is 36.0. All competitors must be 19 years of age or older. Players may play in both the Spring and Fall Net Championships.

 

Field Size: The field is limited to the first 200 players entered. 

 

Practice Rounds: Are permitted for $35 Aug. 1-15; weekdays, anytime and weekends, after 2 p.m. Players can schedule his/her practice round up to seven days in advance by calling the golf shop at 215-870-0433. Bala Golf Club accepts credit card, cash and club reciprocal charge as forms of payment. 

 

Starting Times: Begin at 7:30 a.m. with 10-minute intervals. If field size warrants, morning and afternoon start off of Nos. 1 and 10.

 

Automotive Transportation: Required. The $35 cart fee has been added to your entry fee.

 

Ties: All ties to be broken by using the USGA-recommended scorecard tie-breaking method.
