Note: Masks are required by WGANC/NCGA and around the clubhouse area.
Format:
- Two-Day, 2-Person Scramble, Stroke Play. Shotgun start. Noon Shotgun Monday. 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Tuesday.
- Each team will have their handicap adjusted as follows:
- Player with the lowest course handicap will receive 35%.
- Player with higher course handicap will receive 15%.
- The total adjusted handicap will be combined and converted to a Team handicap.
- Teams will be flighted by the total handicap allowed.
- We will use the May 17th Handicap Index for the tournament.
- Size of field: 72 players or based on cart availability
Awards: Equal gross and net awards in each flight.

Local Rules/Pairings/Scorecards:
All necessary paperwork will be sent to you on or before May 21st. No paper materials will be provided or available on site. Please print out and bring with you the following:
- Notice to Players (Local Rules): Cold Springs and Cameron Park
- Scorecards Round 1 (scorecards are available to print as a convenience for players but have no Rules status). Your Golf Genius ID number (GGID) will be printed on your scorecard.
- Pairings Sheet
- Flights
- Scramble Rules
- Pace of Play
- Hard Card

Monday (Cold Springs):
Lunch: Boxed lunch with turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato wrap, chips, trail mix, fruit, bottled water.
Tuesday (Cameron Park):
Breakfast: Continental breakfast consisting of fresh fruit compote, yogurt and breakfast breads, orange juice, coffee, and tea station.
Lunch: Boxed lunch includes turkey sandwich, potato chips, fruit and cookie.
Players will be responsible to bring their own refillable water bottle. There is an ice/water dispenser outside of the pro shop.
Scoring:
We will use mobile scoring for the event and not digital scoring. Only 1 player in the group will need to keep score for the foursome. You must have the Golf Genius or USGA Tournament Management App loaded on your cell phone. Your group GGID can be found on your scorecard and the pairings when we send those. Make sure your phones are charged as you will be keeping score throughout the round.

- WHEN ROUND IS COMPLETED - At the end of the round, all players in the group must report any rules issues to the committee and confirm hole-by-hole scores are correct.
