WELCOME PATRIOT VOLUNTEERS!


 

Volunteers are the backbone of our Patriot All-America event held during the week of December 26-31 at The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The event will highlight top collegians from throughout the country as well as Great Britain and Ireland while honoring our military heroes.

 

This website will highlight the daily volunteer positions, display daily signups, the start time and end time of your shifts.  Along the top of the page you will see sections that may pertain to what your job requires as well as helpful documents.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

 

Volunteer Credentials and Uniform Pickup:

**Only those that filled out a volunter survey are guaranteed uniforms**

 

  • December 27th - 28th:  Volunteers may pick up their uniforms and credentials from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Oraibi Room on the Wigwam Resort Property.  Please refer to the property map below to see where that is located.
  • December 29th - 31st:  Volunteers may pick up their uniforms and credentials from the Tournament Operations Office upon arrival.

Daily Schedule:

 

  • DAILY COVID SCREENING IS MANDATORY. 
    • Patriot Committee Members will be stationed near the Tournament Operations Office to conduct temperature checks.  A waiver must be signed daily by each volunteer.
  • Check-in during tournament rounds will always be in the Tournament Operations office.
  • Please arrive early to ensure you are able to pick up your paperwork(scoring/pace), car keys(shuttle drivers) and for the Patriot Committee to go over any questions you may have.  We may defer you to another volunteer coordinator.
  • Lunch will be provided daily for volunteers.  Scoring and Pace officials will have boxed lunches delivered during the round.
