All necessary paperwork will be emailed to you no later than August 19. No paper materials will be provided or available on site. Please print out and bring with you the following:

Scorecards (scorecards are available to print as a convenience for players but have no Rules status). Your Golf Genius ID number (GGID) will be printed on your scorecard.

Monday: Chicken Salad Sandwich, bag of chips, and soft drink (boxed).

Lunch: Taco Salad (plated) and Iced Tea. Inside and outside seating in the banquet area.
Players will be responsible to bring their own refillable water bottle.

Practice Facilities:
The driving range opens at 7:00 a.m.
Scoring:
We will use mobile scoring for the event and not digital scoring. Only ONE (1) player in the group will need to keep score for the foursome. You must have the Golf Genius or USGA Tournament Management App loaded on your cell phone. Your group GGID can be found on your scorecard and the pairings when we send those. Make sure your phones are charged as you will be keeping score throughout the round.

WHEN ROUND IS COMPLETED - At the end of the round, all players in the group must report any rules issues to the committee and confirm hole-by-hole scores are correct with each other.
