ELIGIBILITY

Open to two-person teams of one male and one female.  Both team members must be active members of the GSGA.

FORMAT

36 holes of flighted, gross and net stroke play

• Round 1: Modified Alternate Shot (Plantation)
• Round 2: Four ball, stroke play (Seaside)

PRACTICE ROUND

One practice round per player at the GSGA rate below. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Sea Island Golf Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on March 4th.  Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

• Monday-Thursday, anytime., based on availability.
• Friday-Sunday, after 1:00 p.m., based on availability.
• Additional practice rounds before the competition or post competition rounds are available at the following rates: $175 - Seaside, $130 - Plantation, $110 - Retreat.  Please contact the golf shop to make arrangements.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE

The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition.

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on March 17. 

REGISTRATION

No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. By registering for this competition, you agree to all of GSGA's policies and procedures that can be accessed using the following link: GSGA Policies & Procedures

CARTS

Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY

FOOD SERVICE

Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner and the top 3 finishers in each flight.

REFUND POLICY

A player may request a FULL refund for a withdrawal up through their starting time on the first day of competitions for ANY reason.  After the player’s starting time has passed on the first day of competition, refunds will not be granted.
