FIELD SIZE Low 42 entries by USGA Handicap Index. **More spots will be made available if the Senior Women’s Match Play Championship does not use its maximum field allotment. |

FORMAT 36 holes of stroke play qualifying followed by match play for up to 32 players in two flighted brackets. **See note above regarding additional players for qualifying and match play. Stroke play qualifying scores are for seeds in match play brackets. The low 16 scores from stroke play qualifying will comprise the Championship flight. The remaining 4 players to qualify for match play will be placed in a Tournament flight of 4. Match Play – 18 holes per match.

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Brunswick Country Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on May 13th. Practice round cart and range fee is $30. Credit cards ONLY.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open by 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on May 20th. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Cart fees for the the stroke play qualifying round and all match play rounds are included with the entry fee. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse beginning at 11:00 a.m. each day. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. Bottled water and snacks will be provided on the 1st tee. |

PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the winner and a number of players advancing to match play in each flight. |
|
REFUND POLICY A player may request a FULL refund for a withdraw up until their starting time on the first day of competitions for ANY reason. After the player’s starting time has passed on the first day of competition, refunds will not be granted.
