AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers age 25 or older as of May 21, 2020. |

ENTRY FEE $150 |
|
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $175.00 Championship fee. This fee will be charged to the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system after your qualifying round has concluded. |

FIELD SIZE 78 players’ maximum at this qualifying site. |
|
FORMAT 18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. A total of 144 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula. You will be informed as to the number of qualifying places in your section the day of qualifying. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Whitewater Creek Country Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on March 11th. Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

The BLACK tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the qualifying round. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 8:00 a.m. the day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 7. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

FOOD SERVICE Minimal food service will be available (snacks and drinks only, no kitchen service). |

A player may request a FULL refund for a withdraw up through their starting time on the first of competition for ANY reason. After the player’s starting time has passed, NO refunds will be granted. |
