FORMAT Match play preceded by 36-holes of stroke play qualifying. Low 16 players advance to match play if there are at least 32 entries in that division. Otherwise, 8 players will advance to match play. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Houston Lake Country Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on April 8th. Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Credit cards will be the only accepted payment. |

Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries and at the host club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 16th. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards will be the only accepted payment. |

PRIZES Gift certificates will be awarded to the top 16 players who advance to match play. |

REFUND POLICY A player may request a FULL refund for a withdrawal up through their starting time on the first day of competitions for ANY reason. After the player’s starting time has passed on the first day of competition, refunds will not be granted.
