FORMAT: Two-person aggregate. Two partners compete as a side, with each playing a separate ball. Both teammates’ scores will be counted for the side’s score for a hole. Sides will be assigned to separate flights based off their combined handicap index as of their August 25th handicap revision or tournament index, whichever is lower. All players will receive 85% of their course handicap, per USGA/World Handicap guidelines. The top finishers in each flight will receive gift card money to Golf Mart stores. Players are required to play from the designated tees, unless previously arranged and approved by the committee.

TEES: (Alternate tee upon request if within 72 hours of the event, otherwise tee assignment is required)

Men: Blue tees (6,081 yards, par 72; 69.6/119)

Women: Green tees (4,743 yards, par 72; 67.8/111)

Play will begin at 8:00 a.m. with tee times in 10-minute intervals off the Nos. 1 and 10 tees. Please be at your assigned tee ready for play 10 minutes prior to your start time. There you will go over scoring and other important procedures with the starter.

PACE OF PLAY & RULES: Please be sure to keep up with the group in front of you. Groups that miss their 18-hole checkpoint (finishing over the designated time and more than 14 minutes behind the group in front of them) are subject to a two-stroke penalty.  In order to keep an adequate pace of play, players are asked to pick up once maximum score has been reached on a respective hole; failure to do so will result in a two-stroke penalty.

The Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA and the R & A are in effect. It is the player’s responsibility to have a working knowledge of the rules. For more information regarding the rules, players can visit the NCGA’s website: https://ncga.org/rules/

MAXIMUM SCORE:  A gross 9 on any hole.

SERIOUS MISCONDUCT & DRESS CODE: A player who is removed from the course for Serious Misconduct will result in a loss of all funds and potentially a suspension from future events. Players and Caddies are to dress appropriately. For more information, please refer to the NCGA Weekend Net Tour Hard Card.

PLAYER OF THE YEAR: The top overall net scores will receive points on the Weekend Net Tour Player of the Year list for their finish, please look at the points distribution table on the Weekend Net Tour page for point allocations.

CARTS: A shared cart is included in entry fee and available to all players. Players may choose to walk at their discretion. Two carts allowed per group. NO SPECTATOR CARTS ALLOWED.

DRIVING RANGE AND PRACTICE GREEN: The driving range and practice green are available for use 45 minutes prior to a player’s tee time. To avoid overcrowding and to give everyone the opportunity to use these areas, players are to limit the amount of time at each area to a maximum of 15 minutes.

SKINS: An optional skins game was offered in registration. If you would still like to participate in skins, please let staff know no later than 72 hours before the event, so an electronic invoice can be sent to you. Players must pay the invoice prior to the start of the event. No cash will be taken the day of the event.

GIFT CARD DISTRIBUTION: The top performers in each flight and skins’ winners will win gift cards to Amazon.com. These will be distributed by email and will be done in batches, so gift card monies may not be received for up to 4 weeks after the event. Please be sure your email in Golf Genius is up to date.

TIES: Ties for gift card prizes will be settled using USGA recommendations of a card off: best back 9 net score, best back 6 (net), best back 3 (net), followed by best 18th hole (net), finally, tie-break by coin-flip.
