Format: 36 holes Stroke Play, 18 holes per day at 95% course handicap. Men will play from the WHITE NCGA Tee Markers and Women will play from the RED NCGA Tee Markers. Ties for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be broken using the USGA method of matching cards.
Competition Schedule:
Starting times for both days will be at 8:00am off holes #1 and #10. Flights will be assigned using the October 1st index. Competition will be played using the October 8th index. Players will not be moved to different flights due to changes in the index. Please check the NCGA website for starting times. Please be at your assigned tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.

All paperwork will be available for players on or before Sunday, October 10th via the links below:
No paper materials will be provided or available on site. A copy of the Hole Locations will be available at the Starter table to take a photo to have readily available on your phone.
Practice Round Information:
Contact the Pro Shop at (831) 622-8239 to schedule a practice round. Green fees are $90 (M-TH) / $120 (FRI-SUN); carts are $25 per rider. Practice rounds must be booked through the pro shop or online in advance. GUEST OR NON-COMPETITOR CARTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Player Cart Information:
A maximum of two carts per group is allowed. Golf carts are optional at the player’s expense. Cart rental is $25 per rider.
Driving Range:
Provided for players prior to competition rounds at no cost. The practice range will open at 7:30 AM. Contestants will have access to the practice area 30 minutes prior to their round for 10 minutes of warmup and 10 minutes on the practice putting green. The practice range and putting green will not be available for practice after the round, and contestants should depart the golf course once you have confirmed scores within the group, unless you are getting food or refreshments from the restaurant.
Food and Beverage:
Porter’s Restaurant will be open at 7:00 AM with a limited menu. No outside food and beverage allowed. To avoid losing position and penalty for slow play/undue delay, during their rounds all players are advised to order ready-made food at the snack bar.
Gate Clearance:
For Pebble Beach gate clearance, please state your name and the NCGA tournament you are playing to the Pebble Beach Security personnel upon arrival at any gate to 17-Mile Drive.
Withdrawals: If you are unable to play in the Championship, please call the NCGA Rules & Competitions Department at (831)625-4653 as soon as possible so that an alternate may be notified.
RULES INFORMATION – It is the player’s responsibility to know the Rules and Terms of the Competition.
Rules of Play:
The Rules of Golf effective January 2019 are in effect and are supplemented by the 2021 NCGA Hard Card. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the championship site. Please be familiar with the NCGA Regulations and Policies and Pace of Play Policy.
Dress Code:
See NCGA Hard Card. Players and guests must adhere to the dress code.
Footwear:
Model Local Rule G-7 is in effect.
Scoring:
Players must download the USGA TM app (or GolfGenius). The GGID for the group will be available for the players the day prior, it will be emailed and available with the starter.
At least one player in the group will be assigned to keep score for all players in the pairing. A score card will be provided by the starter and will be the official scorecard. The mobile scoring is unofficial.
