AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers who are GSGA members with a handicap index of 10.0 or better and residents of the state of Georgia. |
|
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $150.00 Championship fee. This fee will be due from the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system. The credit card used to initially register will be charged $150.00 to complete the processing of the Championship fee. |

ENTRIES OPEN – CLOSE March 17th – June 23rd |

FIELD SIZE 78 players’ maximum at each qualifying site. |

FORMAT 18 holes of stroke play seeding, followed by match play
|

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Please call McLemore Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on July 21. Practice round cart and range fee are included in the entry fee.

The GSGA tees will be used for the qualifier. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of qualifying |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on July 1. |

REGISTRATION There will be no formal registration on Saturday. Your player gift will be at scoring after the seeding round. |
|
CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Tournament round cart and range fees are also included in the championship fee. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Spectator Cart Policy shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Lunch will be provided for all players throughout the Championship.
After the seeding round on Sunday, August 1st, there will be a short course competition with food and drinks during the afternoon for those who wish to participate. |

REFUND POLICY A player may request a FULL refund for a withdrawal up through their starting time on the first day of competitions for ANY reason. After the player’s starting time has passed on the first day of competition, refunds will not be granted. |
